For our first blog post, we wanted to answer one of our most frequently asked questions: “Chestnuts in the Tuileries–what a pretty name, but where did it come from? ”
Well, the story behind that was…Emily had been studying in Paris and used to visit the Tuilerie gardens quite often. She fell in love with the beautiful scenery– but who wouldn’t? And decided to pair it with chestnuts because anyone who knows Emily, knows she has a love for the color brown. It was a match made in heaven…
